Abstract | The objective is to produce cost curves from a 2020 perspective, ie a) Allowing for likely take-up of existing measures by 2020 b) Adjusting the cost-effectiveness of existing measures to allow for cost reductions and improved performance which could occur by 2020 c) Adding additional measures, either missing from existing curves, or not yet on the market but which could become available by 2020 (even if not cost-effective by then). | |
